"I got a flat tire on the highway and couldn't get the lug nuts off to save my life, called my brother and he couldn't get them off. I was nearly in tears at this point because I was tired and cold and it was dark and didn't know what to do. I had been on the side of the road for well over 2 hours at this point. Someone suggested calling a tow company and asking if they could send someone out to help change to the spare. The dispatcher said they'd send someone out as soon as possible.

15ish minutes later the nicest man, I was told his name is Mikey, arrived and was able to get the lug nuts off with very little problems. He then swapped out the flat tire for the spare faster than both my brother and I combined could have done. He's deaf, but was very patient with me since I can't lip read at all and the only sign I know is thank you. 

After I was back on the road, I realized he had accidentally under charged so I immediately called the company. I don't have much money, but they pretty much saved me today, so I wanted to make sure that got every penny they deserved. The dispatcher informed me it wasn't an issue, it was only about $3 difference, but even that impressed me. I won't lie, it even made me tear up a little. Cannot truly tell you how grateful I am to them. In the future, they will be the first place I think of from now on because of the great dispatcher and Mikey. Granted, I really hope I won't get another flat on the highway . Lol"
